Mindfulness For Kids Series

4 Week Virtual Group Class | 30 minutes per Class

In this series, children will learn a variety of mindfulness and heartfulness practices such as: mindful listening, mindful breathing, mindfulness of thoughts, mindfulness of emotions, kind wishes, gratitude, understanding the brain, mindfulness of senses, and compassion for oneself and others. These invaluable skills will empower students during class and throughout life. 

Mindfulness For Teens Series

6 Week Virtual Group Class | 45 minutes per Class

In this series, teens will learn a variety of mindfulness and heartfulness practices such as: introduction to mindfulness, mindfulness of sound, mindfulness of breathing, impulses and patience, soaking in the good, and mindfulness of emotions. These invaluable skills will empower students during class and throughout life.

Mama’s Mindful Moment Meditation Series

The journey of motherhood can bring about new stresses and complications that are totally unique. Mindfulness is essential to help mothers with children of all ages find time to prioritize their own health and wellness. During this series moms will learn a variety of practices they can bring into their everyday life that promote calm, compassion, and self-love.

Girls Night Mindfulness Gatherings

Looking to destress with your girlfriends? We offer in home or virtual group sessions that provide an introduction to mindfulness, two guided meditation practices, and reflection and questions.

Private Virtual Lessons for Adults

30 Minutes Per Class

We offer one on one virtual sessions for adults. We’ll work together one-on-one to help you manage your stress, take care of yourself, and bring some peace and calm to your days. These sessions include instruction, coaching, a brief guided meditation based on the lesson and reflection.

Single Sessions or 6 Week Virtual Class | 30 minutes per Class

These invaluable skills will empower your kid or teen during class and throughout life. Lessons are tailored to meet individual needs. A typical session includes: check in, questions, instruction, practice and reflection.
