Group Mindfulness Classes for Teens (Ages 12-17)

Classes are taught online (via Zoom) in 45-minute segments. Each lesson includes instruction, guided meditations, and reflection questions to help your teen apply the insights.

Is there a trial period? What if my teen refuses to participate after I purchase this for them?
No refunds will be offered but we will be happy to schedule a one-on-one session to address any concerns or issues that may arise after you sign up for the class.
Is this a group class?
Yes. Your teen will be participating in an online group class along with other teens. While they aren’t required to talk to the other participants, they will be encouraged to share when it feels right for them.
Is there homework?
While all of the lessons will be taught live, teens will be encouraged to practice the mindfulness techniques outside of class for 3-5 minutes per day/week.

Can I take the class with my child?
These classes were designed for the children but if you would like to be there with them, you’re welcome to.
Does the class involve my child socializing with others?
Children are encouraged to socialize with others if they feel comfortable doing so.
How many children are in each class?
Class size is limited up to 10 children.
Is there a refund period if my child refuses to continue after the first class?
No refunds will be offered but we will be happy to schedule a one-on-one session to address any concerns or issues that may arise after you sign up for the class.
What happens if my child misses a class?
A make-up 1:1 session can be arranged for one missed class.
Do I need to provide specific materials for my child to participate in the exercises?
No, we provide you with simple techniques that don’t require you to have any materials on hand. However, if materials are needed they will be emailed to you prior to our session.
